1. Revoke access through Google
- Open your Google account’s third-party access settings.
- Select the Video Publisher connection. If the app previously used another name, check the listed connection details.
- Use Google’s option to remove the connection or its access.
This prevents further use of that authorization. It does not, by itself, confirm that all previously stored copies have been removed from Video Publisher.
2. Request deletion from Video Publisher
Email admin@video-publisher.online with the subject Video Publisher — data deletion request. Include the channel URL or ID, the email you used to contact the service, and whether you want to disconnect one channel or delete all information associated with your account.
Ask for deletion of the relevant OAuth tokens, channel and video records, analytics and revenue reports, stored comments, and any source files held by the application. You can also request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable legal retention.
We may need to confirm that you control the affected account or channel. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, recovery codes or copies of identity documents unless a proportionate, secure verification process has been agreed.
3. Processing and timing
In the restricted integration workspace, choose Disconnect workspace to delete stored access-token connections, unfinished upload-session records and operation history for your account immediately. This also clears the workspace session and authorization cookies. Public demo sign-out clears its identity session; it stores no Google tokens.
Disconnecting does not revoke Google permissions or delete your YouTube videos, comments, subtitles or playlists. To revoke project permissions, use Google account connections. Invalid authorization detected by a Google API response triggers removal of stored integration records. Access tokens expire within one hour and are not refreshed; expired records are purged on the next integration request.
For other deletion requests, contact admin@video-publisher.online. We delete requested data under our control within 7 calendar days after verifying the request. Any retention required by law is limited to that purpose and explained where permitted.
4. What remains on YouTube
Deleting information held by Video Publisher does not delete your Google or YouTube account, published videos or comments, or Google’s independent records. Use YouTube Studio and your Google settings to manage those separately.
Removing application data also cannot recall information another person already viewed or downloaded from a public resource. For the full data practices and contact details, read the privacy policy.
