Data deletion

Revoke Google access and request removal of information held by Video Publisher.

Effective · 9 September 2026

1. Revoke access through Google

  1. Open your Google account’s third-party access settings.
  2. Select the Video Publisher connection. If the app previously used another name, check the listed connection details.
  3. Use Google’s option to remove the connection or its access.

This prevents further use of that authorization. It does not, by itself, confirm that all previously stored copies have been removed from Video Publisher.

2. Request deletion from Video Publisher

Email admin@video-publisher.online with the subject Video Publisher — data deletion request. Include the channel URL or ID, the email you used to contact the service, and whether you want to disconnect one channel or delete all information associated with your account.

Ask for deletion of the relevant OAuth tokens, channel and video records, analytics and revenue reports, stored comments, and any source files held by the application. You can also request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable legal retention.

We may need to confirm that you control the affected account or channel. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, recovery codes or copies of identity documents unless a proportionate, secure verification process has been agreed.

3. Processing and timing

Send deletion requests to admin@video-publisher.online. We process them as soon as possible and delete the requested stored data relating to you within 7 calendar days. Deleting your application account also triggers deletion of the related stored user data within that period.

If you disconnect through the application, we revoke the OAuth token immediately and remove authorized data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.

If you revoke access through Google, our periodic authorization checks detect the change and we delete affected API data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of revocation. You do not need to send an email for this cleanup to apply.

The request covers the relevant copies under our control. Any narrow retention required by law is limited to that purpose and explained where permitted. You can ask us to confirm completion and clarify which information was removed.

4. What remains on YouTube

Deleting information held by Video Publisher does not delete your Google or YouTube account, published videos or comments, or Google’s independent records. Use YouTube Studio and your Google settings to manage those separately.

Removing application data also cannot recall information another person already viewed or downloaded from a public resource. For the full data practices and contact details, read the privacy policy.
