Terms of service

These terms describe the agreement between you and YT PUBLISHING LTD, Hong Kong, the operator of Video Publisher at video-publisher.online. You must accept these terms and privacy policy before using the connected application.

By using Video Publisher’s YouTube functionality, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Video Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Google and YouTube are separate services, and this application is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a company, channel owner or other organization, you represent that you have permission to authorize access and make changes on its behalf.

Connect only accounts and channels you are permitted to manage. Keep your access secure, review the permissions you grant, and notify us if you believe an account or connection has been misused. Do not give us your Google password.

Video Publisher provides supported tools for video uploads and management, channel and video analytics, estimated revenue reporting, and comment or community management. The exact features available depend on the release, your granted permissions and the data YouTube makes available.

The application does not provide every feature shown in YouTube Studio. It does not grant YouTube Partner Program membership, determine monetization eligibility, guarantee revenue or guarantee an upload’s availability. Google may restrict data, quotas, permissions or account capabilities independently of us.

The informational website is not an upload interface and does not itself connect your Google account. Any commercial terms or charges must be disclosed separately before you agree to them; visiting this website does not create a paid subscription.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us only the permission needed to process, transmit and display that content to perform the service you request. This does not transfer ownership of your videos or channel to us.

You are responsible for having the rights to upload and manage content and for the metadata, comments, visibility settings and instructions you provide. Review each action carefully. A public upload or comment may be visible immediately; deleting or moderating content can have lasting consequences.

Video Publisher must not publish, edit or delete channel content without your instruction or an explicit workflow you have authorized. Content transmitted to YouTube is also governed by YouTube’s terms and settings.

Use the application lawfully and respect the rights of creators, viewers and commenters. You must not use it to:

• Upload infringing content or content you are not authorized to publish.
• Send spam, harass people, impersonate others or manipulate views, likes, subscriptions or engagement.
• Access another person’s private channel data without permission.
• Circumvent API restrictions, quotas, security controls or suspended access.
• Extract private reports for resale, advertising profiles, or unauthorized cross-customer benchmarking.
• Distribute malware or interfere with the service.

These restrictions do not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Reports reflect data provided by YouTube and can be delayed, revised, rounded, suppressed or unavailable. Search terms, referring videos and demographic details are subject to privacy thresholds and reporting limits. Subscriber totals returned by the Data API can be rounded, and video-specific subscriber metrics do not attribute every possible source of a subscription.

Revenue figures are estimates and may differ from finalized payouts. Missing revenue does not establish whether a channel or video is monetized. Use YouTube Studio for official account, eligibility and payment information.

The privacy policy explains the data used by the service. You can withdraw access using Google’s account permissions page and request removal of application-held data using our data deletion instructions.

Disconnection stops authorized access; it does not undo an upload, restore a deleted video, remove a public comment or delete your Google account. Manage content remaining on YouTube directly through YouTube when needed.

We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature when necessary to maintain the service, address abuse, comply with law, or respond to changes in YouTube’s APIs. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material interruptions or termination.

You may stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time. We may restrict access for a material breach of these terms or a security issue. Discontinuation does not remove applicable data deletion obligations.

We will exercise reasonable care in providing the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that third-party reports and APIs will always be complete, current or accurate.

Each party remains responsible for losses attributable to its own breach or wrongdoing under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Keep independent copies of your original source files and review important publishing decisions. The application is not a backup service or a guarantee of business results.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory protections applicable where you live. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent court.

We will publish revisions here and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where renewed agreement is required, we will request it before applying the change to your use.
